For all my tech support over the net I’ll be using Crossloop. It saves all the hassle of talking someone through installing Hamachi and VNC and getting everything setup. Once installed you just have to enter a code to connect or host your desktop, then the other person has 2 minutes to put in the code and connect. Once connected you get a nice little connection timer which I’ll be using for billing.

BSD Install - X-Kern Developer, setup NIC, pkgadd -r xfce
This gets you xwindows via packages, which is quickest.
You need to see where all your drive space goes, use WinDirStat.
